Service Agreement

By engaging Black Ops Security Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement governs all security services provided by our company.

  • All services must be documented in a signed service agreement
  • Service scope and duration are clearly defined in each contract
  • Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
  • Both parties must comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Modifications to services require written consent from both parties

Client Responsibilities

Clients must cooperate with our security personnel and provide necessary information to ensure effective service delivery.

  • Provide accurate information about security requirements
  • Ensure safe working conditions for security personnel
  • Notify us of any changes to security needs promptly
  • Provide access to necessary areas and facilities
  • Follow security protocols and procedures provided
  • Maintain confidentiality of security operations

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest level of security services, certain limitations apply to our liability.

  • We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control
  • Liability is limited to the scope of agreed services
  • Client assumes responsibility for disclosed risks
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions
  • Maximum liability is limited to service contract value

Payment Terms

Payment terms are clearly outlined in each service agreement. Standard terms include:

  • Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments subject to interest charges
  • Security deposits may be required for certain services
  • Additional services billed at standard rates
  • Payment methods: bank transfer, check, or credit card

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

  • 30-day written notice for standard terminations
  • Immediate termination for breach of contract
  • Termination for cause with 7-day notice
  • Payment for services rendered until termination date
  • Return of all company property upon termination

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of business.

  • All client information remains confidential
  • Security methods and procedures are proprietary
  • Non-disclosure agreements may be required
  • Information sharing limited to authorized personnel
  • Confidentiality obligation survives contract termination

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the following process:

  • Direct negotiation between parties first
  • Mediation by neutral third party if needed
  • Arbitration under applicable laws
  • Governing law: Province of Nova Scotia, Canada
  • Legal proceedings in Halifax, Nova Scotia
